Roll came out heavily overdeveloped. Now I see that I should've tried
~9 min @20degC with much less agitation.
Developed in Caffenol-C-M fortified with D-76 stock 20:1 11.5min@20degC, agitation first 30 sec, then for 5 sec every minute.
I.e., the final soup formula was:
Water: balance to 525ml
Washing Soda|: 27g
Ascorbic Acid: 8g
Instant Coffee: 20g
D-76 stock: 25ml
