Agitated first 30 seconds (inversion), then 10 seconds at end of each minute

Four inversions lasting 10 seconds at the start of each minute.

From previous rolls worked out that 8 mins is just a tad too long...7:30 work...

Agitated for the first 70 seconds, then 10 seconds every minute afterwards.

Agitation: first minute and then every minute for few seconds
