Semi-stand. 1 minute of continous slow inversions, then 1 slow inversion every 20 minutes.
There's a slight compensating effect and the negative, while a little faint, is very scannable. Rodinal is not a speed enhancing developer, you will need some light in your photos to have good results. Grain is quite extreme, still pleasing for medium format.
