2 min presoak
15 sec initial agitation, then 5 sec gentle (wine glass swirl) agitation each min
lfostop, 30 sec agitation, 30 sec stand.
Ilford Rapid Fixer, 5 min, 4 inversions every min.
5 min rinse in running water.
3 drops Photo-Flo final rinse for 30 sec.

thank you, gives excellent sharpness and recovers a lot from the shadows! But silly me used it with two rolls in the tank and a gentle "champagner swirl" unfortunately was not enough to cover the upper roll... Did you try using this with a gentle "coctail-shake" instead and what happens if you agitate it too much?!
