60 seconds of initial agitation followed by 5 seconds gentle agitation at every 20 minute intervals so as to get rid of bromide drag. Fix, rinse and PhotoFlo.
I elevated my 135 roll film in the 120 film tank by loading an empty reel underneath it so as to avoid appearing bromide drag as well.
