Recipe & dev times for Kodak Tri-X 400 at 1600 in Ilford Ilfosol 3 1+14

I then did a stop bath with just water for two minutes with continous slow agitation and then used Tetenal Superfix 1+4 for 6 minutes, two agitations per minute.
But they all turned out very dark.. what could I improve next time?

I kept you corrected light measurement.
First of all, I 'd never experienced TRI-X 400 in Ilfosol 3 before. But if I do mine, I will develop with time duration of 27 minutes(20 ํC), by slow agitation for 15-20 sec. every minute. Good luck, friend.
