Standard agitation.
I realized I was using way too much developer, so I toned it down for this batch of negatives, but I read the wrong line and still used a high concentration. This is 1+19 of the concentrate, not the working solution. Fortunately I scan my negatives, and "thick" negatives don't cause me as much trouble as someone using an enlarger might encounter.
