Recipe & dev times for Fuji Neopan 400 at 1600 in Rollei RHS 1+7

In my experience Fuji Neopan 400 pushed to 1600 ISO wins hands on from Neopan 1600 at 1600 ISO. I also had good results pushing this film to 2000 ISO, so I wouldn't be surpised if 3200 ISO is possible with good results.
Rollei RHS has the same recipe as Amaloco AM74
Stopped with Rollei RCS Citrin Stop (1+19) for 1 minute.
Fixed with Amaloco X89 (1+4) for 4 minutes.
