1 Pre-soak for 5 minutes at 20C
2 HC-110 dilution G (syrup 1:119)40mins
3 25 Gentle inversions initially/1 minute agitation.
4 20c water as a stop bath-rinse for 5 minutes
5 Ilford rapid fixer for 5 minutes.
6 Final rise for 10 minutes
7 Photoflo bath for 30 seconds

Nice recipe. Using this for first trial with Kentmere 100 and my first attempt with stand development, I got good results.
