Ilfostop: ~20sec, constant agitation
Ilford Rapid Fixer: ~5min, 1 minute constant agitation initially, then 10 sec every minute
1 minute wash in plain water
Ilford Washaid: ~3 minutes, same procedure as fixer.
Running water for ~5 minutes
Ilfotol as final rinse, ~1 minute.
