presoak 2 min
develop for 14min in AKFF (similar to xtol)
agitation 1min cont, then 3 turns every 2/3/4/6/8/10
fix in fomafix P for 7min.
Result: over-development, high grainy images with no details in blacks and whites (the recommended time is 12min)
Possibly the problem was in camera, but I am not sure...
