Recipe & dev times for Foma Fomapan 100 at 620 in Agfa R09 One Shot 1+100

I had accidentally left my ISO setting on my F100 set to 620 before loading this roll. So I shot the whole roll at that speed.

1 Agfa R09 One Shot 1+100
2 Gentle inversions for 30 Seconds (about 15).
3 Stand for 1 Hour 15 mins
4 Gentle inversion every 20 mins.
5 Water stop bath.
6 Ilford Rapid fixer for 5 minutes
7 Final rise for 10 minutes
8 Photo-flo bath for 30 seconds
