Recipe & dev times for Agfa Ortho 25 expired in Foma Fomadon R09 1+50

1999 expired special film dedicated to high contrast black and white document copy. Found this "soft dev" recipe, but pictures are still heavily burned as one could predict, especially the first 10 of the roll. Datasheet "normal" dev is Rodinal 1+10 for 4mn.
Water stop, Ilford fixer 4mn.
