Agitation: 15 seconds each minute for 3 minutes then one inversion every three minutes.
Properties: Sharp, nice tonal range, grain free.
Tips: Try 30g/l of salt in the Rodinal to reduce grain if desired.

I just used this recipe on some 120 format and got some pretty nice negatives, especially for them being shot on a gray day with hardly any shadows.
