Notes
Rollei Retro 400S is not a good film to push. I personally prefer Kodak Tri-x 400. You can push the heck out of it.
2 Hour stand development:
5 minute pre-soak.
1 minute initial agitation.
At the midpoint agitated one time.
Water rinse
6 minute Kodak Fixer
10 minute wash
Photoflo and squeegee. Hang up to dry.
