Notes

Gently agitate initial 60 seconds, then 3 inversions every minute.

Fix for 5 minutes, gently agitate initial 60 seconds, 3 inversions every minute.

I always do a short water rinse (3 inversions, change water, repeat twice more) between each stage i.e. Dev > Rinse > Stop > Rinse > Fix > Long Rinse
