Pre-soak 5 minutes. Agitate continuously for the first 30 seconds.
Adox/Efke KB 100 at 400 in Agfa Rodinal 1+25
13 minutes, 30 seconds at 20°C/68.0°F
Not certain I'd recommend pushing it this much unless an absolute necessity ...
Kodak T-Max 400 at 3200 in Agfa Rodinal 1+25
17 minutes at 20°C/68.0°F
30 sec initial and 5 inversion every 30 sec
