Sheet film developed one at a time in a Paterson tank with constant agitation (about 20 inversion per minute) due to emulsion on both sides of film. Fixing done for 3-4 minutes in Photographer's Formulary TF-5 for 3-4 minutes, also with constant agitation. This helps prevent uneven development/fixing. Handle film with care when wet.
