Pre-wet 5 minutes, 3 inversions initially then 3 each minute
Develop: 3 initial inversions, tap to release bubbles, one very gentle inversion each minute
Stop: water, 3 changes, with 5, 10 and 20 inversions
Fix: Ilford Rapid Fixer 1+5, 5 minutes, 3 inversions initially then 3 each minute
Wash: same as stop
Development time adjusted from 13 minutes at 20C
