Notes
Pre-wash: 1' continuous agitation.
Developer: 7"30" (1st minute constant agitation, then 10secs every minute.)
Stop Bath: 1' (agitating.)
Fixer: 15' + 15' (1st 15': agitate 1st min, then 10 secs every minute - repeat.)
Washing: 15' + 15' (agitate 1st 3 mins, then 1m repeating every 5'. At the 15' mark change water & repeat.)
Photo-Flo: 1 min (let sit.)

If you need 30 minutes for fixing you need fresh fixer. Should only take 5 minutes.
Try Ilford's Rapid fixer if you can get it.
