Initially 45 seconds rotations/inversions, after that 1 inversion every half a minute, and 1 per minute on the last 4 minutes of the development time. Fix 2,5 minutes with fresh Ilford Rapid Fixer. Washed w. 19 C water for 5 minutes, then Ilfotol for 2 minutes.
