Recipe & dev times for Ilford Delta 3200 at 1600 in Ilford Perceptol

Perceptol was a bad choice, got it for lower speed film. It dragged everything down probably 1.5 stops. The only good ones were overexposed to begin with. (Can't remember ratio because it's been a while, I think it was 1+4 though. Agitation 10s in every 60.)
