The 22 degrees is recommended by Adox.
Developed in a PAterson tank. continuous agitation (rotation) for the first 30 seconds, then gentle rotation for 10 seconds every minute. 1 minute stop bath (citric acid based) and 3 minutes in rapid fixer.
