Recipe & dev times for Ilford HP5+ 400 in Photographers' Formulary Pyro PMK 1+2+97

This is actually not the original Photographer's Formula PMK, but Nik & Trick's version. This is sold as Pyrocat HD and made from Bellini Raw Chemicals.
I did a 3 minutes prewash in water, Then 12:30 minutes developing, then water rinse followed by 4 minutes fixing. after fixing, the film was soaked again in the developer for 3 minutes and then a final water rinse for 20 minutes.
