Inversions for first 30 seconds then a couple every minute. HP5 is a well-balanced panchromatic film that's great for trichromes. (Not sure why I got such pronounced drag on these pics - usually only happens with stand dev if you don't agitate. It may not be drag. I suppose it could be an artefact from scanning. Not seen it on other pics with this film and dev.)
