Recipe & dev times for Rollei R3 400 at 100 in Photographers' Formulary Pyro PMK 1:2:100
Notes
5 min presoak; 14 min develop, with 5 sec BRISK agitation every 15 seconds; water stop; fix in Photographers' Formulary TF-4; 2 min soak in used developer (to increase stain) with 5 sec agitation every minute; 10 min final wash.

I processed a couple of 8x10 sheets of R3 in PMK Pyro last night. The R3 had been shot at 200 ISO so I gave it 15 minutes at 21ºC, Agitation was constant, in a Jobo rotary tank on a Cibachrome motorised roller.
