Recipe & dev times for Kodak Tri-X 400 at 800 in Ilford Ilfosol 3 1+9

I followed ilfosol's recommendation for tri-x 400 @ ISO 800.
4 agitations for the first 10 seconds, letting it rest for the remaining 30 seconds. Then 4 agitations at the start of every minute for a total of 9:30 min. Used sink water as stop bath for 10 sec. Ilfosol rapid fixer (1+4) for 3 min. Then 5 min rinse.
