Agitate for the first minute
At each following minute agitate for 10 secondsI never use stop bath, I just rinse for 1 minute
For fixing, use Ilford Rapid Fixer for 5 minutes making 10 seconds agitations every minute.
Wash for 10 minutes
Photo-Flo for 5 minutes
