Presoak film for 5 minutes
Inversions for the first minute
Proceed with inversions for 10 seconds at each minute markOnce developping time is over proceed with the stop bath, personally I just rinse with water for 1 minute.
Using Ilford Rapide Fixer, fix your negative for 4 minutes
wash for 10 minutes then give it a bath in PhotoFlo for 3 minutes.
