Agitate with spin-rod continuous for the first 30 seconds, then again for 5 seconds each following 30 seconds.
Stop:
Water Stop, 1 minute
Fix:
Fix for 4 minutes. Agitate with spin-rod continuous for the first 30 seconds, then for another 30 seconds at each following minute.
Wash:
10 minutes running water
