Continue agitate the first minute, and agitate for 10 seconds every minute until the 15th minute. Then agitate for 10 seconds for every the last 3 minutes.
A little too much contrast because of the over agitation and long time development. So I think 25 minutes or more development time and less agitation will give a better result.
